Stay Young

AMINO ACIDS HELP US TO STAY YOUNG
On July 5, 1990, the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine published a scientific study that sent shock waves around the world. The miracle substances were instantly hailed by researchers as "The Fountain of Youth". In a scene that resembled something from a futuristic movie, injections of synthetic human growth hormone (HGH) — a fluid produced abundantly in youth by the pituitary gland within our brains - had turned twelve men ages sixty one to eighty one, with frail, weak and fat bulging bodies into stronger, sleeker and younger selves. Astounded, using languages rarely seen in conservative medical journals, Daniel Rudman, MD. and his colleagues at the Medical College of Wisconsin stated: "the six months of human growth hormone on lean body mass and fiat tissue mass were equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred during 10-20 years of aging!

Until recently, growth hormone has only been available in the form of injections that have been prohibitively expensive and difficult to use. However, they are still uncommon with most people because of the possibility of side effects in using injected drugs for long term.

More interestingly and within the price range of virtually every "baby boomer" are all the natural HGH releasers known as secretagogues. These nutrients are designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release its own growth hormone. Scientists have found that as we grow older we still produce HGH, but tissue levels fall because the pituitary gland does not release it.

These are natural substances that have been well documented to increase growth hormone naturally in the body.  According to the researchers, these cutting edge natural secretagogues may have the ability to closely mimic the body’s youthful HGH secretion patterns than any other HGH therapies available, therefore the results become more profound and side effects minimized.

In a process called "stacking" which is packaging the right nutrients in the right proportions and taking them at the right time, we can derive optimal benefits without using synthetics and needles. This, combined with balance diet and HGH-releasing exercises, offer even greater results. Amongst the HGH releasers are amino acids, and the most important being L~Arginine, L-Lysine, L-Ornithine and L-Glutamine.

Amino acids play a vital role in maintaining youthful levels of HGH, helps to slow down the aging process and even reverse some aging symptoms. Medical experts have shown this in some studies:

"By supplementing our diet with amino acids and vitamins that stimulate the release of Growth Hormone, productions of GH can be increased back to young-adult levels“.

"Important GH releasers are the amino acids ornithine, arginine, trytophan, glycine and tyrosine which work synergistically (more effectively together that separately) with vitamin B6, niacinamide, zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C to trigger the night time release of growth hormone Peak secretions of GH are reached when we are about 90 minutes into our sleep“.

“Ornithine and arginine helps us to slim down and shape up while we sleep". "Vitamin Bible " 1999 by Earl Mindell, R.Ph., PhD.

"Many studies have demonstrated that L—Arginine supplements can promote wound healing by burns and trauma, has the ability to inhibit the growth of tumors by increasing production of natural killer cells (important immune cells) and other compounds that can thwart the growth of tumors and also helps male infertility. Male seminal fluid contains as much as 50% L-Arginine. Several studies have linked a low sperm count to low levels of this important amino acid";

"A number of the amino acids have been shown to induce growth hormone secretion. For most people, supplementation with amino acids will be sufficient to stimulate elevated levels of GH and it is free of side effects".
